The tournament committee makes all final decisions concerning all grievances; i.e. protests, eligibility, etc.

Destruction or damage of club’s property will be severely punished by proper authorities. The player and team will pay for damages.

If teams are seeking temporary substitutes for roster players who are in transit, please speak with tournament officials.
Team captains/managers are the voice of their team and are responsible for their team’s conduct.
If any player or spectator appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, the tournament committee/game officials have the right to expel them from any game and/or tournament and bar him/her from the gyms. This rule will be strictly enforced.
The Organizing Committee appoints the referees. The referee submits the match report to the committee and a copy to the team administrator and the coordinator.

Team names are subject to availability and may be subject to change. In the event that two or more teams register under the same name, priority will be given to the team that registered first.
Team names that are explicit, political, or offensive to any community, religion, country, or individual will not be accepted.
Upon registration, participants will receive an email with instructions on how to provide information for all team members.
Registrations will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment of the entry fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations.

The entry fee is 1499 AED per team per game, or 4999 AED per team for all games.
